Changing Passwords for Control Panel & FTP

Go to your Control Panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/
or
http://www.yourdomain.com/2082
and click on the Account Settings, link, then click on: Change Password, and follow the instructions.

If you are unable to access your Control Panel because you've lost your password, or it simply will not work, you will need to submit a Technical Support Request, and provide us with a new password.
Passwords are one way encrypted, therefore, we can't even pull up your password.

Changing Passwords for Email Accounts

To change the password of an email account you have created, you click on Mail Menu, Then click on Add/Remove accounts.
Now all your email accounts are listed.

Now, you simply click on the change password image (link) and input your new password.

On your DEFAULT e-mail account, your password is the same as your control panel/FTP password. If you change your log in password, remember you will need to change the password in your e-mail program if you collect the default e-mail from the site, rather than forwarding it to you.
